even though the area is seemed to be disgusting, the place is really close to piccadilly theatre, a nightclub, shaftesbury avenue. friendly communication with the host. reasonably spacious and good beds. pool is nice for hot days.
Not very good view and very rude staff.

The room costs expensive, and it is with not so good view.
